Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship
internationally. You should see the available shipping options to
your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead
of a shipping option during checkout, please email us at
orders@greenplanet-tees.com with your location.
Attention International Buyers.
Depending on your
delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to
import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country
does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by
the postage charge on your order with Green Planet Tees, and you
will be required to pay them to receive your package.

How do I track my package?
First Class Mail and
Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be
sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery
Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however
information about the progress of your shipment is usually not
updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says
the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in
your mailbox.
Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you
via email when we ship your order.
For international orders you are given the custom's form number
which cannot be used to track the package.
What size shirt should
I order?
Most of our shirts are
printed on American Apparel shirts, but a few are printed on Fruit
of the Loom, Gildan, etc. American Apparel shirts are cut to be a
bit more fitted than your standard t-shirt. They are also 100%
cotton so you can expect them to shrink a little.
I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong
shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it
back to us. Please contact us at
orders@greenplanet-tees.com with your order number and specifics
on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.
How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts
can be exchanged within 10 days of delivery. The packing slip that
was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at
the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip you
can email us at
orders@greenplanet-tees.com and we can let you know how to
exchange your shirt.
Do you want to buy it?
If you have a good TEE
design idea, send it to
designs@greenplanet-tees.com, and if we want to produce it
we will pay you a reward and give you a free t-shirt of your choice.
The more ideas you send in, the better chance that one of yours will
be selected.
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on
your order or would just like to change something, please email us
at
orders@greenplanet-tees.com and let us know. If your order has
not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for
you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the
order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and
what you would like changed.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark
our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can
check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are
not able to find it there you can email
orders@greenplanet-tees.com and we can confirm that the order
was placed.
Do your shirts ever go on backorder?
We keep all our other
shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size
of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of
any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in
stock within a week. Often our new shirt for the week is not yet in
stock, hence the discount for pre-ordering it. This is always noted
in the description. If you order a design that is up for pre-order,
expect it to be delayed 1 – 2 weeks. If your order contains one or
more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be
shipped out until all the shirts are in stock.
What name will appear
on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit
card bill will be Green Planet Tees. This the legal name of our
company.
Do you sell shirts wholesale?
Retailers interested in
wholesale information should contact us at
orders@greenplanet-tees.com. Please include your contact
information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer
ID number.
Are you looking for Photo’s of your TEE’s in action?
We are always on the
lookout for CREATIVE PHOTOS. If you are interested, please send a
variety of pictures of yourself wearing our TEES to us at
greenplanet-tees@hotmail.com. Include the city you are
located in, and any other info you think we will find helpful. The
more pictures that you include, the better. And please include some
where you are having fun! They do not need to be professional shots.
In fact, we prefer at least some are pictures of chilling, enjoying
life, and generally having fun.
